CM8 Agent Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "CM8 Agent" / "cm8 agent" / "Platform" / "We" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain cm8agent.net and all related services provided to users.
• "Player" / "Member" / "You" refers to an individual who has registered a valid account on the cm8 agent platform and is using the services provided.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player on the cm8 agent platform for the purpose of accessing and using the services offered.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available in a player's account at any given time, including cash and any eligible bonus amounts.
• "Bet" refers to any monetary bet placed by a player on any game or sports match offered on the cm8 agent platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any value credited to a player's account by cm8 agent as part of a promotional programme, including deposit bonuses, rebates, and cashback.
• "Rollover" refers to the wagering requirement that must be met by a player before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn from the platform.
• "Services" refers to all games, sports betting, content, features, and functions made available through the cm8 agent platform.

To register and use the services of cm8 agent, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. cm8 agent takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or restriction on contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.

The account registration process at cm8 agent is straightforward and free. However, there are several important rules that must be observed during and after registration:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account only. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, or device — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cm8 agent will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to secure your password.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the cm8 agent support team immediately via live chat or email at support@cm8agent.net.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual under any circumstances.

All deposits into the account cm8 agent must be made via valid payment methods recognised by the platform. The following rules govern deposits and payments:

• The minimum accepted deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may require additional verification.

• Cm8 agent does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees — please check with your service provider.
• All funds on the cm8 agent platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No other currencies are accepted.
• Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through illegal means — including proceeds from fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity — will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed with all funds forfeited.

Cm8 agent is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following withdrawal rules and procedures apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000, depending on account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account / e-wallet registered in the player's name.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for Malaysian e-wallets. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, players may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). This includes providing a valid copy of a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of payment method.
• Players must fulfil any rollover requirements associated with a received bonus before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Cash funds (deposits made without a bonus) may be withdrawn at any time.
• Cm8 agent reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if suspicious activity is detected on a player's account.

Cm8 agent offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, which must be read and fully understood before claiming any bonus:

• Each promotion carries its own rollover requirements (wagering requirements) and validity period, as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it.
• The first deposit welcome bonus of up to 100% is subject to the rollover requirements stated in the specific promotion's terms. This bonus may only be claimed once per new account.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other players to artificially fulfil rollover requirements — constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.

• Weekly rebates and cashback are calculated based on total net wagers within the specified period and are credited automatically or in accordance with the relevant promotion's procedures.
• In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity in the interpretation of bonus terms, the decision of the cm8 agent management team is final.

All bets on the platform cm8 agent — covering table games, Sports Betting (football, badminton, e-sports), and all other games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in specific situations such as match cancellations or verified system errors.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and match. The current limits are displayed on the platform interface before a bet is confirmed.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours from the originally scheduled time, or not completed in the specified format, all affected bets will be refunded to the player's account.
• For live in-play betting, data transmission delays between the player and the platform may occur. CM8 agent is not liable for bets accepted during a technical delay where the match outcome had already been determined before the bet was processed.
• CM8 agent reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error (commonly known as a "palpable error"). Players will be notified and the bet amount refunded in such cases.
• The cash out option for specific matches is at the sole discretion of cm8 agent. Cash out offers may be withdrawn at any time depending on match developments and market availability.

All players at cm8 agent are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, respectful, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account closure and/or legal proceedings:

• The use of bots, automated scripts, cheat software, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the cm8 agent system, hack, or interfere with the platform's operations in any way.
• Colluding with other players — whether in live table games, e-sports, or Sports Betting — to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the cm8 agent platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Acting in a manner that is disruptive, threatening, or constitutes bullying toward other players or cm8 agent support staff.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system inconsistencies to gain an unfair financial advantage.

A player's account at cm8 agent may be voided or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At the player's own request: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any legitimate remaining balance in your account will be returned to you upon completion of verification.
• For responsible gaming requests: If you request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be closed or suspended for the duration you select. All such requests are fully respected by cm8 agent.
• Due to a breach of terms: cm8 agent reserves the right to close the account of any player found to have violated these terms and conditions. In cases of serious breaches such as fraud or money laundering, the account balance may be forfeited and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
• For security reasons: If cm8 agent detects suspicious activity on an account, the platform reserves the right to suspend that account while an investigation is conducted. The player will be notified and given the opportunity to clarify the situation if the investigation is inconclusive.

• Betting outcomes that have been correctly processed by the system are final. CM8 agent is not liable for bet results arising from sports or game events that occur in the normal and legitimate course of play.
• Players bear full responsibility for all betting decisions made using their account, including any decisions resulting from failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Cm8 agent's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim is made.
